Office assistant needed for a busy HVAC company. Must have RECENT ONLINE construction permit experience (HVAC Permit Experience a plus). Must be familiar with QuickBooks, Word and Excel. Duties will be, but not limited to: Processing work orders, answering phones, permit processing and scheduling inspections, warranty claims processing, customer communications, verbal and on line, dispatch, billing, filing, follow up and normal day to day office activities. Must work well with others and be willing to learn. Must have dependable daily transportation to the Palm Beach Gardens area. You must maintain professional communication skills.
