. We are looking for a proactive and organized
Office Administrative Assistant
to support our design team and Head Designer with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process invoices, purchase orders (POs), and receipts
Place and track orders for design materials including furniture, tile, lighting, and kitchen products
Schedule and coordinate client meetings, vendor appointments, and project timelines
Create and post our social media post weekly
Track shipments, receive deliveries, and ensure accuracy of all orders
Take and distribute detailed meeting notes with clients and vendors
Organize and maintain material samples, catalogs, and the design library
Assist with client presentations and design boards
Provide personal assistant support to the Head Designer
Perform light lifting and sorting of materials and samples
Very light errand running to project sites (transportation required)
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or design support role preferred
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a creative, fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience with
Canva
and
CAD software
a plus
Interest or background in
interior design, construction, or project management
preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and organize physical samples and matererlas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
Work Location: In person
