A family-owned and operated business, we are looking for an independent and dependable Office Assistant/Dispatcher to join our team. In this role you'll help keep our office running smoothly by supporting daily operations, assisting customers over the phone, and working closely with our Office Manager.
s:
Answer phones and assist customers with a friendly attitude
Dispatch jobs and communicate with our technicians
Keep databases and records organized and up to date
Collect, file, and maintain paperwork
Manage inventory and core returns (Keep jobs specific parts together and organized)
Monitor company emails
Works well independently with our remote Office Manager's guidance
Qualifications:
Basic computer skills (QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office are preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organization skills
Proper phone etiquette
