Key Responsibilities:

Accurately count and balance daily cash and credit payments from multiple employee registers. Process member payments efficiently and securely. Maintain precise financial records and ledgers to ensure smooth operations.
Administrative Support:

Organize and file documents, including scanning for digital records. Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy. Act as a helpful point of contact for vendors and lodge members, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:



High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:



1-3 years of relevant experience preferred, including office administration and cash handling.

Technical Skills:



Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook). Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.

Soft Skills:



Dependable and committed to reliability. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively. Solid problem-solving abilities and mathematical skills.

Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Administrator to join our team. Duties



Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and record keeping Support office management activities including calendar management, appointment setting, and correspondence handling Provide customer support via phone and email, maintaining excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards Assist with bookkeeping duties as needed, including basic bookkeeping and financial record maintenance Coordinate office supplies procurement and manage inventory levels Support personal assistant tasks such as travel arrangements or special project coordination when required

Requirements



Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette; experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and manage calendar scheduling Office experience including filing, record keeping, and office supply management is essential Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is advantageous but not required Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive attitude
Pay: $20.00 - $27.24 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
