About this Job:

Position Summary:




We are seeking an organized, proactive Administrative Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Metropolitan Vascular Institute and ensure efficient, high-quality service for both patients and staff. In this role, you will help plan and coordinate department activities and events, manage scheduling and communication needs, maintain databases and records, and support leadership with various administrative projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and excels in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Primary Duties:



Support daily operations by coordinating meetings, activities, schedules, and communications Handle administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, record keeping, data entry, and report preparation Maintain department databases, files, and statistical information Assist leadership with preparing materials, event planning, and follow-up from meetings Serve as a liaison with internal departments and external vendors Monitor office supplies, process vouchers, and support budgeting and billing tasks Help with onboarding, evaluations, credentialing, and other personnel-related needs Support patient test result reporting and EMR entry when applicable

Minimum Qualifications:



High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's degree preferred Progressive administrative experience (healthcare experience strongly preferred) Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities

This position has a hiring range of : USD $49,192.00 - USD $87,422.00 /Yr.
