We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within our office. The Office Administrator will also play a crucial role in handling customer interactions and utilizing our CRM system, Jobber, for customer intake and management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner

- Greeting and assisting clients and visitors to the office

- Managing daily office operations and maintaining office supplies

- Handling customer inquiries and processing job orders using our CRM system, Jobber

- Scheduling appointments and coordinating with our handyman team

- Maintaining organized records and filing systems

- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry

- Preparing and sending out invoices, receipts, and other correspondence

- Supporting the management team with various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Jobber, is highly desirable

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
