As an OEM Sales Manager you will lead an OEM sales team, resulting in sustained sales and market share growth for assigned products, solutions and services. You will be responsible for an OEM customer base ranging in account size and aligning sellers to create sales opportunities that yield profitable business. You will drive customer experiences and improve customer loyalty, lead the day-today sales with the assigned territory and implement commercial programs. You will report to the OEM Sales Director, Central Region and may work hybrid from Kansas, Nebraska, or Missouri.
