The Opportunity

We're seeking a passionate and skilled

Occupational Therapist

with a strong interest in orthopedics, neurology, or upper-extremity rehabilitation who thrives in an integrated, team-based environment.
If you're driven to help patients regain strength, restore function, and return to meaningful daily activities with confidence -- this is where you belong.

Preferred:

Experience or interest in custom splinting, functional movement retraining, and upper-extremity rehab programs.

What You'll Do:

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions Develop and implement personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans Apply manual therapy and evidence-based interventions for optimal outcomes Collaborate with our in-house team of physicians, physical therapists, and chiropractors Educate patients on adaptive strategies, ergonomic principles, and home exercise programs Help patients restore independence in both work and daily living activities Represent Recover Pro at community and wellness events

What We're Looking For:

Licensed Occupational Therapist

in the State of New Jersey

PAMS Certified

(or willing to obtain within 90 days) Strong manual therapy and patient-centered care skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Passion for continuous learning, mentorship, and innovation Motivated to build and contribute to a high-performance, multi-disciplinary practice

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
