Job Description

We are assisting our client who is seeking a licensed motivated and occupational therapist. This therapist will join a small Occupational Therapy team that serves 2 communities. You will work closely with the physical therapy departments and see the bulk of the upper extremity patients. There are many opportunities to grow this department based on the training and willingness to train in new areas., such as hand therapy, Lymphoedema, Parkinson\'s (LSVT BIG/LOUD), Women\'s health, and Pediatrics. The openings are in the Cheyenne and Lander clinics.

Responsibilities

• Perform Evaluation/Treatment sessions with patients
• Conducting Free Consultations
• Ensure patients are educated and aware of their condition and prognosis
• Keep patients accountable for therapy attendance and compliance with their plan of care.
• Complete all required documentation of each visit
• Updating plan of care as needed and discharging patients as needed
• Supervising COTA\'s and Therapy Technicians

Qualifications

• Skilled in orthopedic upper extremity treatment.
• Valid Wyoming OT License
• Familiarity with ADLs evaluation tools
• COVID vaccine NOT required
