Job Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Occupancy Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations within the organization. This position requires proficiency in data entry and familiarity with property management software.

Duties



Perform varied clerical duties including data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Process applications Provide general information to community Initiate workorders Collect Rental Payments Inspections Utilize property management software to manage tenant information and facilitate administrative processes. Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents Any other tasks

Requirements



Previous clerical experience Knowledge of facilities management and property maintenance practices is beneficial. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with residents, team members and general public. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new systems and processes. Maintain Social Media Highschool Diploma KY Drivers License
Job Type: Full-time
