Primary Job Duties:
Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth office management and administrative support for OCC leadership.
  • Facilitate efficient travel logistics for OCC staff.
  • Manage internal communications and event planning for the department
Duties
  • Perform administrative duties for the Vice President OCC, Director OCC Standards, and OCC Managers.
  • Coordinate all business travel including lodging and transportation for OCC personnel.
  • Coordinate department events.
  • Maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies; order and track new items as needed.
  • Record official minutes for OCC Safety and other departmental meetings.
  • Assist departmental managers with recruitment and hiring.
  • Support the OCC Schedule Coordinator with scheduling and payroll tasks.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by OCC leadership.
Pay Rate:
  • $16.13/hr
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be an organized self-starter with a desire to learn
Physical and Other Requirements:
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
