Role Overview



Responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining Dynatrace to ensure operational visibility and reliability.



Experience Level: 5+ years in Observability/Monitoring with Dynatrace



Key Responsibilities



1. Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace agents



2. Implement custom monitoring scripts and templates.



3. Troubleshoot monitoring issues and maintain system reliability.



4. Automate monitoring processes and workflows.



5. Support infrastructure and application teams in optimizing observability configurations.



Required Skills



Hands-on experience with deploying and configuring Dynatrace (One Agent, Synthetic Monitoring).



Expertise in infrastructure monitoring (servers, databases, networks).



Familiarity with DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) and observability tool integration.



Strong skills in automation (Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools).



Solid understanding of Linux/Windows systems and networking basics.



Certifications to Consider (Good to have)



1. Dynatrace Certified Associate (Dynatrace University).



3. AWS/Azure/GCP Monitoring Specializations.



4. Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) for container monitoring.



5. ITIL Foundation Certification for process understanding.

Strong documentation skills for monitoring processes.
