Job Description

Elcor is currrently hiring for individuals to work as Resident Assistants. If you're looking for part-time work, are willing to follow instruction, are cooperative, friendly, honest and trustworthy, this position could be a good fit. This is a precursor to joining the Elcor Nurse Aide Training to become a N.Y.S. CNA.

As a Resident Assistant, you will receive training to:

Transport residents Pass nourishments Pass meal trays Pass fresh drinking water Makes beds as needed Attend mandatory in-services and department meetings May perform additional duties as assigned

Candidates must be at least 16 years of age with valid working papers if under 18 yrs of age. Candidates may be required to lift up to 50 lbs, and walk, stand or sit for considerable lengths of time. Stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, reaching and bending will be required.
