What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality, compassionate clinical care to residents Supervise and support nursing staff during your shift Lead resident assessments and care planning Ensure compliance with care standards and best practices Promote residents' physical, mental, and emotional well-being Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate with families Oversee assigned facility areas and respond to urgent needs Foster a positive, professional care environment

What You'll Need:

Must be 18 years or older Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Current Colorado RN license or Compact RN license Supervisory experience in long-term care required Clinical expertise with a compassionate, resident-centered approach 1-4 years of supervisory experience preferred
