Nursing Supervisor (RN)

to oversee clinical operations during our

11 PM - 7 AM

shift.

What You'll Do

Provide leadership and support to nursing and clinical staff during the overnight shift Ensure high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance Serve as on-site clinical resource and decision-maker Respond to urgent situations and coordinate care across departments Maintain accurate documentation and oversee staff assignments Foster a positive, safe, and professional work environment

Qualifications

Active

RN license

(State of NH required) Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to lead and support a diverse clinical team Compassionate, reliable, and committed to excellence in patient care
