At Community First Solutions, our nursing team takes a resident-first approach--ensuring wellness plans are guided by each individual's needs and goals. As a Staff Nurse LPN/RN, you'll work side-by-side with our caregivers, providing direct bedside care, administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support residents' health and well-being. You'll also guide and mentor caregivers, ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment. Your leadership at the bedside helps set the tone for quality, compassion, and teamwork--making Community First Solutions a place where both residents and staff thrive.

Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM Night Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Opportunities

PRN 3 12hr shifts with one of those shifts being a weekend.
