Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic

Nursing Operations Manager

to provide leadership and operational oversight for our inpatient direct care units. This role is accountable for achieving departmental and hospital goals in collaboration with hospital and medical staff leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure quality service delivery, patient flow, safety, and regulatory compliance Lead and evaluate patient care delivery for sustained clinical outcomes Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing team environment Champion continuous improvement and evidence-based practices Guide change management and innovation in care delivery Support implementation of new technologies and services

Qualifications

Education & Training:

BSN from an accredited nursing program (required) MSN, DNP, or BSN with a graduate degree in business or health-related field (preferred)

Licensure & Certification:

Current RN license in Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) BLS certification (required) May require ACLS, PALS, NALS, or TNCC based on patient population National leadership certification (ANCC or AONL) within 2 years

Experience:

Minimum 2 years as an RN in an acute care setting At least 1 year of leadership experience
