We are partnering with a respected long-term care community in Northeast Iowa int their search for an experienced
Nursing Home Administrator
. They are seeking a compassionate, confident, and forward-thinking leader who thrives in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment.
The Administrator will oversee all aspects of the facility's day-to-day operations, from finances and facility management to regulatory compliance and resident care. This role requires a unique blend of leadership, organizational skills, and compassion to effectively manage staff, meet state and federal regulations, and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
Core Responsibilities
Provide leadership, oversight, and direction to all departments
Ensure high standards of resident care, safety, and clinical excellence
Maintain regulatory compliance and preparedness for surveys
Develop facility staff through coaching, mentorship, and positive accountability
Support staffing coordination, scheduling, clinical processes, and workflow efficiency
Partner with the leadership team to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in Iowa
, or the ability to obtain licensure within one year of employment
Minimum
2 years of administration or related management experience
within a long-term care or senior living community
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain compliance, build culture, and drive performance
