Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

As Administrator, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations, ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and a positive environment for both residents and staff.

What You'll Do:




Direct day-to-day operations of the facility Lead and support department heads and interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Manage budgetary and financial performance Drive quality improvement initiatives and resident satisfaction Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community

What We're Looking For:






Active

Illinois Nursing Home Administrator license

At least 3 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting Deep understanding of state and federal regulatory guidelines Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Passion for improving the lives of residents and fostering a positive workplace culture
