(Assisted Living) is seeking to recruit a dynamic Full Time

Nursing Coordinator / Hiring Specialist. The

Nursing Coordinator / Hiring Specialist reports to the Director of Nursing and is responsible for screening, interviewing, and onboarding new co-workers. This position will also be direct care certified and will train new caregivers, assist with nursing processes, scheduling and manage open positions.

Starting at $45K - $50K, based on experience

Hours/Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, occasional evenings or weekends required. This position will be part of the Manager on Duty weekend rotation.

Critical Success Factors:

Strong communication skills. Positive "can do" attitude. Enjoys training and developing new team members. Well organized and able to work independently, and part of a team. Abstract thinker, good problem solver and creative.

Education & Qualifications:

High School Degree or GED required. Prior caregiving experience preferred. Computer Software including Microsoft Office required.
