As a

, you'll provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will

float between our TCU and LTC.

Position Types:

Full-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule

Available Shifts:

Days 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Evenings 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Wage Range:

Registered Nurse

$37.70 to $43.75 / hour depending on experience.

Licensed Practical Nurse

$30.86 to $35.82 / hour depending on experience.

Bonus:

$7,500

Nurse (RN or LPN) Responsibilities:

Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates care plans for residents. Recognizes and manages common geriatric syndromes common to aging adults: cardiovascular, respiratory, urinary, neurological, sensory and pain problems. Supervises work performed by LPNs, TMAs, and Nursing Aides Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff. Works to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care. Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response. Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures. Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software. Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary. Monitors nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Nurse (RN or LPN) Qualifications:

Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license required. CPR certified preferred or willing to get Experience in Long Term Care preferred. Must have strong communication and organizational skills. Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
