All are dedicated to the health, safety and well-being of residents and visitors to coastal Southern New Hampshire and Southern Maine. Our facilities include our 178-bed Magnet Recognized hospital, several urgent care and walk-in care facilities, primary care and specialty care practices in the Wentworth Health Partners group, and multiple testing centers.

The Wound Healing Institute at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital offers a team approach to wound, ostomy, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy care. As an advanced wound care center, our team works to heal wounds such as pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, venous and arterial ulcers, burns, non-healing surgical and traumatic wounds. The Wound Healing team uses multiple advanced modalities such as negative pressure wound therapy, low-frequency ultrasound (MIST, total contact casting and bioengineered tissue products) to accelerate wound healing. Each of our patients receives a complete, comprehensive evaluation by our skilled clinical staff, and a wound treatment or ostomy care plan that is personalized to meet your needs and to promote healing.

We are seeking a seasoned per diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide onsite support at our Wound Healing clinic located at 789 Central Avenue in Dover, NH. The NP/PA will work 8-hour shifts as needed (a minimum of two shifts per month). The clinic is open from Mondays and Tuesdays from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Wednesdays from 7:45 AM to 5:45 PM, and Thursdays and Fridays from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
