Practice Highlights: Saint Alphonsus Medical Center - Nampa, and Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) seek a cardiac Advanced Practice Provider genuinely interested in cardiovascular disease and a patient centered approach to inpatient care with a commitment to a multi-disciplinary team approach to patient care. The role of this provider would be to provide inpatient support for Heart Care cardiology patients. This includes supervising stress testing for EKG, Nuclear Stress and Stress ECHO within the Heart Center, placing orders, perform daily rounding, provide patient consults, medication management and working closely with the clinic cardiologists.

Requirements:

Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner medical license in Idaho; valid controlled substance registration with Idaho; Board of Pharmacy and DEA.

A strong medical background and a desire to develop a practice to support a growing multi-specialty medical group. In providing this support, you will obtain Idaho medical licensure to maintain and strengthen the Health System\'s general internal program across all communities we serve.

Previous advance practice provider experience in cardiac disease management or chronic care management preferred.
