$80-$85 per hour (based on experience)

Syntria Health is a primary care and walk-in clinic serving adults and children. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible healthcare to the local community. As we expand our services, we are hiring a Nurse Practitioner to support daily patient care.

Responsibilities

Perform physical exams and obtain patient histories Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in a primary care setting Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension Provide minor urgent care services for illness and injury Order and interpret lab tests and prescribe medications Document patient care in the electronic health record (EHR) Educate patients on preventive care and treatment plans Work with medical assistants, support staff, and supervising clinicians

Qualifications

Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Active or eligible DC Nurse Practitioner license National board certification (FNP, AGPCNP, or equivalent) DEA license or eligibility Minimum 2 years of outpatient, urgent care, or primary care experience preferred Strong communication and patient care skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
