Nurse Practitioner:

Concordia Hospice of Washington is seeking a casual Nurse Practitioner to work with our Hospice patients.

Job description

The Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) is a licensed health care provider who collaborates with the Clinical Team in implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care for appropriateness to each individual patient's needs to ensure the highest quality of healthcare is delivered. Care for the patient is given where the patient resides (i.e., patient's home, facility, hospital).

QUALIFICATIONS

Current CRNP license in the state of Pennsylvania 2-3 years' experience in patient care required Demonstrates excellent clinical skills Current CPR certification Solid computer skills, including Word Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) Knowledgeable of agency policies, both federal and state regulations and third-party payers
