Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, perform assessments, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. This role requires a strong clinical background and the ability to work effectively in various medical settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities



Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs. Perform diagnostic evaluations and interpret results for effective treatment. Administer medications, including injections and IV infusions, as required. Provide acute pain management and emergency care as necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies. Participate in clinical research initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease.

Qualifications



Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice. Experience in primary care, urgent care, or specialty areas such as pediatrics or geriatrics is preferred. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks) for efficient medical documentation. Familiarity with CPT coding, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding systems for accurate billing processes. Strong clinical skills in areas such as suturing, IV insertion, phlebotomy, and catheterization. Knowledge of various medical specialties including gastroenterology, infectious disease care, behavioral health, and pain management. Experience with telehealth services to provide remote patient care when necessary. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including children, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. Strong communication skills to educate patients about their health conditions and treatments. Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
