We are looking for a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) with at least 2 years of experience to join our clinic-based practice. Responsibilities

• Facilitate injections and referrals to specialists
• Conduct consultative evaluations of patients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive treatment plans
• Manage pain and prevent future injuries
• Maintain accurate records in EPIC
• Educate patients on injury prevention and overall health management

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS: APC must possess an active, unrestricted license and have 2+ years of experience as a PA or NP.
