Job Title: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
As a Provider, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care across various settings. You will have the opportunity to assess, diagnose, and treat patients while collaborating with a dynamic healthcare team. Your expertise will be essential in providing comprehensive care that enhances the health and well-being of our community. The main focus would be primary care, MAT program, and weight-loss program.
What you'll do
Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Perform diagnostic evaluations and interpret medical tests to guide treatment decisions.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for patients with complex needs.
Participate in clinical research initiatives to advance healthcare practices.
Basic qualifications
Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the relevant state.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and patient assessment techniques.
Preferred qualifications
Active DEA License (preferred).
Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
Familiarity with CPT coding, ICD-9, and ICD-10 for accurate medical documentation.
Background in critical care, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine is highly desirable.
Proficiency in telehealth practices to enhance patient access to care.
