Duties

Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assessments of patients. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in patients of all ages. Perform gastric lavage and other necessary procedures as required. Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation in patient records. Utilize electronic health record systems such as Epic and Athenahealth for patient management. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans. Provide guidance on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness strategies. Engage in clinical research activities to enhance patient care practices. Deliver compassionate care to children, ensuring a comfortable environment during visits.

Requirements

Valid Nurse Practitioner license with relevant certifications. Strong skills in coding for accurate medical documentation. Experience in toddler care and senior care is highly desirable. Proficiency in performing physical examinations and interpreting diagnostic tests. Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic and Athenahealth. Ability to conduct clinical research and apply findings to improve patient outcomes. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education and support.
