Position Overview

We are seeking an independently-licensed

experienced Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGPCNP, or ANP)

interested in one or more of the following practice areas:

Primary Care

(adult and family medicine)

Pain Management

VA Disability Examinations

This role is highly flexible -- ideal for clinicians seeking work-life balance, supplemental income, or a gradual transition to independent practice.

Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based primary and preventive care Conduct pain management evaluations and follow-up visits Perform VA disability assessments (training provided if needed) Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR and/or dictation tools Collaborate with other providers to optimize care outcomes

Qualifications

Licensed APRN in Connecticut (FNP, AGPCNP, or ANP preferred) DEA license (or eligible) Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills Independent, organized, and comfortable with flexible scheduling
