to join our team (no PA's please)

. You will be working as our lead Medical provider in our small private practice in Glendale, AZ.

Our patients seek more natural alternatives to traditional musculoskeletal conditions through our dynamic regenerative treatments. This a great opportunity for someone who truly wants to make a difference is someone's life without the use of steroids, addictive medications or surgery!

Must be credentialed with Medicare, and other major Insurance Carriers

Ideally, we would like an NP to work 4 days per week, office hours: Monday - Thursday, closed on Friday's and weekends, approx 32 hours per week.

Must be willing to travel to Florida for a 3-day Injection Training that is paid for by employer in December.

Typical responsibilities include:

Evaluation and management of the musculoskeletal pain management patient (Non Narcotic) New Patient exams Hormone Replacement Therapy (including pellets) Review of Imaging Rehabilitation Functional Evaluations Overseeing Patient Rehabilitation Joint injections with assistance of ultrasound Trigger Point Injection therapy IV Vitamin Therapy Neuropathy Treatment Regenerative Medicine Regenerative Aesthetic Procedures Review of Hormone Labs, etc. Inventory of medical supplies

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
