Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Gargar Urgent Care & Clinic

Location:

Minneapolis, MN (in-person, outpatient, urgent care setting)

Job Type:

Full-time, Part-time, Temp-to-Hire, Seasonal

Pay:

$65.00 per hour (negotiable with experience & credentialing)

Hours:

16-24 hours per week (Day shift, Monday-Friday, some Saturdays)

Responsibilities

The Nurse Practitioner will be an integral member of our care team and will:

Perform

comprehensive patient assessments

, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations

Diagnose and treat

acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions

Develop and implement care plans

in collaboration with the healthcare team

Prescribe medications and order tests

as needed Provide

patient education

on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques

Collaborate with providers and staff

to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care Maintain compliance with professional standards, state/federal regulations, and ethical guidelines
Qualifications

Required:

Active, valid

Nurse Practitioner license in Minnesota

Certification as a Nurse Practitioner Strong

clinical judgment

, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent

interpersonal and communication abilities

Ability to work

both independently and collaboratively

in a team environment Willingness and ability to

relocate or commute

to Minneapolis, MN 55406

Preferred:

Bilingual, fluent in Somali Prior experience in

primary care, urgent care, internal medicine, or geriatrics

Compensation & Schedule

Pay:

From $65.00/hour (experience-based, negotiable)

Schedule:

16-24 hours per week, Monday-Friday, day shifts (Some Saturday's)
