Provides Family Medicine care to patients acting as a Nurse Practitioner in the clinic following established standards and practices with minimal supervision.
EDUCATION
Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program and hold a Nurse Practitioner License.
LICENSURE
Licensure is required at time of hire and must be maintained during the employment period.
New Mexico Board of Nursing license with certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
DEA license.
* New Mexico Controlled Substance Registration (CSR).
