Medical Director - Multi-Location Med Spa (Draper, Murray & Spanish Fork)

Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused

Medical Director

to oversee clinical operations across our three med spa locations in

Draper, Murray, and Spanish Fork

. The ideal candidate is a bilingual (Spanish & English), compassionate, and highly skilled medical professional who can provide strong leadership, ensure exceptional patient care, and support the growth of our clinical team and services.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Oversight & Leadership

Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team including nurses, medical assistants, and phlebotomists. Ensure compliance with all medical protocols, safety standards, and state regulations. Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and performance oversight.

Patient Care

Conduct comprehensive

initial medical consultations

for new patients. Prescribe and manage

GLP-1 medications

and other appropriate treatments. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.

Treatment & Procedural Duties

Supervise and/or perform

Endolifting treatments

(training provided if needed). Oversee treatment planning and ensure consistent quality across all locations.

Operational Support

Collaborate with management on workflow optimization, service expansion, and quality improvement. Rotate between the Draper, Murray, and Spanish Fork med spa locations as needed.

Qualifications

Licensed medical provider (MD/DO, NP, or PA depending on state requirements for Medical Directors). Experience in aesthetics, wellness, or med spa environments preferred. Skilled in patient evaluation, prescribing, and treatment planning. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Bilingual (preferred)

with excellent interpersonal skills and patient-oriented demeanor. Ability to work a full-time

40-hour

schedule across multiple locations.
