What You'll Do:

Lead patient care delivery with confidence, following policies that ensure safety, consistency, and quality Approach each case with factual clarity and analytical reasoning Maintain patience and single-focus when managing multiple priorities Demonstrate perseverance and professionalism in every patient interaction Foster a respectful, compassionate, team-oriented environment grounded in trust and collaboration

What We're Looking For:

Licensed and credentialed Nurse Practitioner in Indiana 2 years experience in urgent care, emergency, or primary care settings Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills A steady, deliberate approach with confidence to work independently
