Responsibilities

Perform foot and lower-extremity assessments Provide routine and advanced foot care (training available if needed) Manage care for patients with diabetes, neuropathy, vascular disease, and other high-risk concerns Educate patients on prevention and proper foot care Document patient visits accurately in the EMR Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active

Nurse Practitioner (NP)

license in Michigan Experience in primary care, podiatry, geriatrics, wound care, or a related specialty preferred Strong clinical and assessment skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach Excellent communication and charting/documentation abilities
