Looking for an experienced and credentialed Nurse Practitioner that wants to step in and continue the growth of an already existing and established private primary care practice located in Brooklyn, NY.

Physician will phase in NP by introducing the patients over the next 6-8 months.

Salary, malpractice is paid for by the company, incentive bonuses, etc

Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients
- Perform physical examinations and take detailed medical histories
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses and injuries
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
- Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications

Valid Nurse Practitioner license and certification Credentialed with NY medicare and other carriers (E.g UHC, GHI) Proficient in patient assessment and care Experience with EHR systems, particularly Tebra Skilled in catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding Knowledge of physiology and critical care Familiarity with gastroenterology and assisted living environments Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse populations
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $165,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
