Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) needed in:
Highland, Utah
Set Schedule
Saturday, Sunday, Monday 2000-0800
1 patient, 1 chart, clean and beautiful home setting, free and safe parking
2 Years PRIVATE DUTY NURSING Experience Required
Job Type: Full Time
Responsibilities include:
general nursing assessments
general charting abilities and timely recording of patient events
gastrostomy tube care/feeding
medication administration
respiratory care (ventilator, tracheostomy, and bipap treatments)
positive attitude
pride in nursing care delivery
attention to detail
Qualifications:
RN License or LPN License required
Experience with children is a plus
Experience with palliative care is a plus
CPR certification is required
Patient care experience (new graduates are welcome to apply!)
Knowledge of EMR and EHR systems
Strong patient assessment skills
