Develops, implements, and is held accountable for operational plans, goals and budgets for the department. Responsible for employment decisions, and performance management as well as departmental staffing. Valid RI RN license, BS degree, 5 years of staff nursing experience, BLS required and must meet knowledge/skill inventory list. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required.

Schedule: Full Time, day, 0700-1730
