Compass Behavioral Center of Marksville, an inpatient psychiatric facility, is hiring!

We are looking for professionals who share our commitment to improving lives by passionately serving others. We are currently hiring a Full-Time Nurse Manager.

The ideal candidate will:

Assists with the overall financial operations of the facility including annual budget submission. Maintains the program in compliance with State, Local and Federal regulations. Coordinates health education and screening programs for the hospital. Represent the company well both internally and externally

The Nurse Manager (Registered Nurse "RN") candidate:

Must have an Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Must maintain active RN licensure. Minimum of three years administrative experience including involvement in budgetary process and personnel management. Minimum of five years of psychiatric experience Good overall clinical skills, computer skills, ability to work well as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
