$44.27 - $61.99/hr (based on experience)

Job Summary

The

Nurse Manager - Emergency Services

provides leadership and operational oversight for a high-acuity Emergency Department. This role ensures safe, high-quality patient care, effective staffing, and strong clinical outcomes while supporting and mentoring nursing staff.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily ED operations and staffing Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards Support staff development and performance Collaborate with nursing and hospital leadership Drive clinical and operational improvements

Qualifications

Experience

3+ years of recent ED leadership experience Prior Nurse Manager experience preferred Strong Charge Nurse experience considered

Education

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing BSN preferred (or in progress within 2 years)

Licensure & Certifications

Active KS RN or Compact RN license BLS upon hire ACLS, TNCC, NIHSS, ENPC, and/or PALS within 90 days
