Responsibilities:

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue for Azria Health Winterset Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall resident experience Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and other business partners Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and development Develop and maintain budgets and financial reports to track business development activities Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team to ensure successful execution of business development strategies Participate in marketing and promotional activities to promote Azria Health Winterset's services and brand Maintain accurate records and reports related to business development activities

Requirements:

Experience in business development, marketing, or a related field Strong understanding of the long-term care industry and current market trends Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
