We are seeking a

Nurse (RN or LPN)

with a strong interest in

aesthetics and wellness

to join our clinical team. This role blends advanced clinical care with patient education, operational responsibility, and brand representation.

This is a

provider-level position

, not a task-only nursing role. It is designed for nurses who want to practice at a high standard, take ownership of patient outcomes, and grow long-term within a structured aesthetics and wellness clinic.

Training & Entry Path: Aesthetic & Wellness Nurse Apprenticeship

All nurses begin in our structured entry phase:

Aesthetic & Wellness Nurse Apprentice

90-Day Clinical Apprenticeship

This apprenticeship is a

required, performance-based training period

designed to ensure every nurse meets our clinical, operational, and brand standards before advancing.

During the apprenticeship, you will:

Complete structured training and certifications Learn and demonstrate all required clinical skills Complete all policy education, quizzes, and check-offs Train under supervision while building confidence and consistency
Advancement from the apprenticeship is

not automatic

and occurs only after

full completion of all requirements within 90 days

.

What You'll Do

Clinical Care & Patient Outcomes

Perform medical aesthetic and wellness services within licensed scope and certifications (injectables, lasers, weight loss, peels, skin treatments) Develop individualized, long-term treatment plans aligned with patient goals Deliver consistent, high-quality clinical outcomes and elevated patient experiences Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, skincare, and wellness plans

Patient Management & Practice Growth

Manage your schedule independently and responsibly Rebook patients appropriately based on treatment plans Support clinic growth through ethical upselling, cross-selling, and patient retention Build strong patient relationships rooted in trust, education, and results

Compliance, Documentation & Operations

Complete all documentation, consents, and charting accurately and same-day Maintain strict compliance with sanitation, safety, and regulatory protocols Ensure room readiness, equipment standards, and daily clinical tasks are met Use downtime productively (patient prep, chart review, education, cleaning)

Team & Brand Contribution

Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing education Contribute to clinic marketing initiatives (education-focused social media, events) Collaborate with leadership and team members to continuously elevate standards
