Nurse
Purchase Youth Youth Village is a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility in Benton, Kentucky that serves the needs of children and adolescents with psychiatric, behavioral, and substance abuse issues.
We are seeking a Full-time or Part-time Nurse (RN, LPN) that will be responsible for the following:
Deliver quality nursing care to all residents according to state and federal regulations, licensing and accreditation standards.
Ensure administration of medication in accordance with facility policy and state and federal law.
Regularly audit and monitor the medication delivery processes, including documents such in resident's medical chart or MAR.
Responds to emergencies involving medical and psychiatric issues.
Provides therapeutic intervention and crisis care to all residents in a calm and caring manner.
Complete all documentation timely and accurately.
Attend all staff meetings and training.
Full-time, Part-time, PRN, all shifts, weekends
