Key Responsibilities



Deliver compassionate, professional care in clients' homes

Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals
Monitor and report any changes in client health
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment

Requirements



Current CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia (or willingness to complete our PCA training program)*
Valid TB/PPD test and First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)*
Reliable transportation for travel within Loudoun County
Excellent communication skills and a caring, team-oriented mindset
