Duly Health and Care in Naperville is seeking a NP/PA Supervisor who is committed to empowering health and elevating care for our patients while also pursuing innovative solutions with their care team that move healthcare forward.

About the Role:

Practice at the top of your license and form trusting relationships working under the direct supervision of collaborating physicians. Gain increased autonomy and independence in decision making with support from team. Impact care delivery and patient satisfaction by having a voice in clinical decisions. Develop a 1:1 relationship and partnership with clinical staff members, and management. Join a collaborative team and participate in a structured training program including orientation, shadowing, and onboarding Complete patient examinations and treatment, order diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, prescribe medication, provide patient and family education, and complete documentation.

Qualifications:

Graduation from an approved school for Nurse Practitioners OR Physician Assistant - Master's degree. Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois New Graduates are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000, depending upon the applicant's qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
