Commonwealth Medical Services is excited to offer an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Oregon. We are looking for a passionate and skilled healthcare provider to join our dynamic team, delivering high-quality care to our diverse patient population. In this role, you will have the chance to assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of medical conditions in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including taking medical histories and performing physical examinations. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, providing evidence-based care in a supportive environment. Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Perform routine procedures and diagnostic tests as necessary. Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-management strategies. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations. Participate in continuous education and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Current NP or PA licensure in Oregon. Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies. Clinical experience in a primary care or specialty setting preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
