Job Title: Nozzleman (Injection Grouting, Grout, or Concrete)

We are a trenchless drainage rehabilitation contractor, which basically means we rehabilitate (line) old stormwater pipes that go under roads that are too important to close while someone removes and replaces them.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain grout injection equipment, pumps, and nozzles.

Inject grout into cracks, joints, and cavities in concrete, tunnels, and other structures.

Monitor pressure levels and adjust flow rates for optimal grout distribution.

Ensure proper mixing of grout materials to achieve required strength and consistency.

Conduct quality checks to confirm effective sealing and stabilization.

Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear.

Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.

Collaborate with engineers and site supervisors to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Injection Grout Nozzleman or in a similar role.

Familiarity with various grout types, including cementitious, epoxy, and polyurethane.


Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Confined Space Entry experience.

Ability to speak, read, and write Spanish and English a plus.

Willingness to travel for projects.

Valid driver's license.

Willingness to travel for projects.

Pay

: $70-110k starting - upside $125k
