Responsibilities

Perform inventory management tasks, including stock counting, cycle counts, and inventory control to maintain accurate records. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently. Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment while adhering to safety standards outlined by OSHA. Support warehouse distribution activities by picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment with precision. Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems like AS400 to track inventory movements and update records in real-time. Assist in shipping & receiving operations by verifying incoming and outgoing goods against documentation. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency for all team members.

Requirements

Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in inventory management, order fulfillment, and materials handling. Valid certification or experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, or pallet jacks. Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse machinery and equipment maintenance is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift. Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards relevant to warehouse operations. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 is highly desirable. Prior warehouse supervisor experience or leadership skills are advantageous for growth opportunities. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, order picking & packing, shipping & receiving tasks. Pay: $23.64 - $28.46 per hour
