What You'll Be Doing: Living Our Mission

Greeting customers and listening to their vehicle concerns with empathy and understanding. Clearly translating technical diagnoses and repair recommendations from our technicians to customers. Preparing accurate estimates and invoices, explaining all services and charges in detail. Scheduling service appointments and managing the workflow in the shop to ensure timely repairs. Communicating with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates, and building trust. Working collaboratively with our team of technicians to deliver top-notch service and a seamless customer experience.

What We're Looking For

We seek a professional committed to

5 years of experience

as an automotive Service Advisor/Writer. A strong commitment to great customer service and building lasting relationships. Excellent communication, organizational, and task management skills. A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
